Professional and Staff Services
24 hour availability of staff, Arrangement conference to discuss service options and obtain information for documentation, Cremation or burial planning, Care of deceased including placement into container or casket, Arrange for coroner (if cremation), Assistance in composing and placing death notices in newspapers, Organizing and providing staff and equipment for ceremonies and overall supervision of details by Licensed Funeral Director.
Transportation Requirements
24 hour availability of staff and transfer vehicle to transfer deceased from place of death to Aftercare, and then to crematorium or cemetery.
Shelter/Embalming Facility
Use of our embalming room to shelter deceased until transferred to the crematorium or cemetery.
Documentation
Preparation and delivery of all documents as required by Vital Statistics Act, Coroners Act and Cemeteries Act, Provide 10 proof of death certificates for estate purposes, Notify Old Age Security by fax, Provide Canada Pension Plan forms, Cemetery Record, Clergy Record, Letters of Attendance at Funeral, Custom Donation Cards and our exclusive Estate Checklist.
Embalming
The chemical preservation, disinfection and restoration of deceased, includes dressing, cosmetics and professional hairdressing.
Facilities for Visitation or Service
Use of the funeral home ceremony room, lounge and parking. Complimentary fair trade/organic coffee and tea is served.
Lead/Administration Car
Used for Clergy, staff, equipment and errands.
